I am asking for anyones advice on this. I have a 100w LED grow light placed 20cm above the plant canopy. I fear my plant is being stunted due to the intensity of the light. I cannot move my grow light grow light further away for multiple reasons. Is there any way to dampen the light or is it not damaging my plant.
