SpectaGrow My first grow. I planted 3 seeds, started 1 report, have a lot of knowledge in theory but now I'll check it in practice, inviting you to join my adventure with Big Davil XL from Sweets.
June 29.
I soaked the seeds in a napkin, put it in a container, also placed an external thermometer sensor there, kept it at 26-27 using a yogurt maker for 36 hours (a device that maintains temperature for a long time), though it heated up to 39, but with the help of some towels, I found the right temperature regime.
June 30.
Waiting, monitoring the temperature.
July 1.
The roots are quite good, almost 1cm, but I will plant them together this evening. I planted in coconut tablets, bought a 20W LED lamp for the first days for the plants, placed them under it. The helmet came off very tightly, it stood strangely for a long time after that with BigDevil, we'll see.
July 2
I threw away the first couple of leaves, it hasn't stretched much, watered 20 ml at pH 6, just once, since the coconut tablet is wet even without me, I'm afraid to overwater.
I moved the bushes to the grow box, also left the substrate bag to dry there, will transplant tomorrow evening.
July 3.
I mixed the substrate in a 10L bag, 7L of Ugro coconut and 2.5L of perlite. Soaked it in water with pH 6, mixed it, then prepared a solution of Hesi TNT Complex fertilizer, made 50% of the recommended dose, adjusted the pH, and poured it into the coconut and let the water drain out. The drained water had a pH of 6.4, so everything is okay.
July 5.
The little ones are on 24-hour lighting, checked in the morning - it seems the second pair of leaves has appeared, will transplant into fertilized coconut in the evening, I think they'll like it. Transplanted, added a photo, let's see what happens next) looks good.
July 6 didn't do anything.

I haven't watered for 3 days, the substrate is moist, added TNT complex to the watering for the first time, 40% of the recommendation, we'll start slowly. I've switched to 20 hours of light this week, giving the plants a break during the midday heat in the closed box.
July 10
The little one is growing not by days but by hours, today I gave it 300 ml of pure water, then 300 ml charged with TNT complex, it seems to like it :)
July 11
Today I smelled the first scent from the plant. Looks like it will be aromatic soon :) I decided not to water it anymore, the coconut isn't drying out since I have LED lamps. I think I'll go 3 days without watering.

The Vega is moving quickly, unfurling new leaves one after another. I added some light, now there are 240W LED lamps. After the last watering, the last part of the five-finger leaf turned a bit yellow, so I started figuring out the reason, and it seems I found it. For everyone using Hesi, this will be interesting. The thing is, additives like Hesi Coco and TNT Complex should be added not at 50% of the recommended dose, but at 10%, doubling each application. So be careful, don’t burn your little flowers!
July 17
Today I added Power Zyme from Hesi, this additive helps digest dead roots and cellulose, turning it into food for young roots. It should be added once a week, we’re just throwing beneficial bacteria to the roots) a whole army) let’s see what my little bush thinks about this)
July 19
I tried tying down the plant for the first time, I grabbed the stem under the 4th node and gently bent it to the side. I did everything for the first time, having only the theory that I took as a basis. Let’s see what comes out of this bending.
July 20
Today I continued the training, the shoots are bursting with growth after LST, literally, before my eyes. Closer to the evening, I’ll post a photo from today, and we’re already 20 days in. I think we’ll finish LST here, as I want to try SCROG next.
July 21
We continue the training, I tie down new branches every morning, I thought I wouldn’t do it today but I couldn’t resist. I increased the fertilizer dose for the second plant, if everything is OK, then tomorrow I’ll feed this beauty more, I feel like he’s ready to eat much more than those pitiful 30% of the recommended norm. Tomorrow I’ll tell you how I fed him.

It's the last week of veg, if I believe the seed producer - my sorry will flower on day 30, which means I'm loading up on nitrogen (TNT Complex), and on the 29th I'll flush before the phosphorus. By the way, I'm watering every day with a liter, and the plant is digesting everything well, good drainage, it's growing. If I can water every day and give fresh nutrients, why do it less often? 🙂 Just a reminder, I have coconut.
July 26
I tied up the stem and branches, some I untied and they stayed in their original position. I have a little one growing next to it that's a week younger, I'm trying to use LST to control the growth, so I can fit both into the net and test the SCROG technique.
July 27
It's started growing not by days but by hours, growing 5-6 cm overnight, today I hope to set up the net.

There's no activity here, no questions either, I don't really understand why I'm writing this, I hope it will be useful. Right now, it's pre-flowering, the hairs are forming, I'm using the SCROG technique, but I'm tying the branches to the ropes. I water every day with Hesi coco, once a week I add a boost and power in the form of stimulants.

SpectaGrow Thanks to a few subscribers, I'm describing this process; if it's helpful to you, leave a comment) it might come in handy for someone.
Day 46
Everything is growing slowly, about 25 colas are sticking out from the net at the same level, their development stage is almost identical. There were problems at the bottom on the leaves, hard water caused rust on the leaves; now I'm buying distilled water and mixing it with drinking water, and it seems like the disease isn't progressing anymore.

SpectaGrow Day 50
Everything is good, seems like everything is on track. For the first grow - I don't know, but the little bush looks healthy and everything is fine.
Day 53
I noticed the appearance of trichomes on the leaves, the smell is getting stronger. In the report about Big Devil, I saw information that people harvest on day 70, we'll see, we have only 17 days left then)
Day 54
Nothing new, watering, it's forming dandelions, quite a big tree.

I'm not writing anything right now since nothing is happening, everything is fine, the bush is growing, more and more trichomes are appearing, the buds are getting bigger, I should be able to harvest around day 80-90, although I initially planned for day 70. The reason is that I trained the plant, making it much bigger, now I have 22 main big colas and about 6 smaller ones.

SpectaGrow I thought the Harvest was already here, but I realize I need more. I have about 23 of these colas.
This was my first grow, nothing to compare it with. I liked the results, I even forgot to add the last week on time) I grew a few bushes together with a friend, we got so tired of smoking. Thank you for paying attention to the diary, I will keep a new one more clearly. I concluded that my light is only good for Vega, as it is a cheap Chinese full spectrum. It turned out that the transplants were not exactly where they needed to be. The next one will be ready with it too, but only as additional lighting. But I liked everything, the strain is not capricious, I made several mistakes but the coconut and this strain were my tailwind, so everything turned out great.

SpectaGrow I'll try to pay more attention to the diary next time. Unfortunately, I deleted the photos from the Harvest, so it had to be done 😅 (I have one photo left about 3 weeks before it).
@facefur, thanks for the high praise, it’s nice since my hands are from my ass but I really tried to do well, read books, watched videos, talked to people) You know, I harvested it a bit older, not like in the photo attached here, but still harvested early because I initially thought it would take 2 months to flower, not 3 as it turned out, some family circumstances were pressing and I had to cut it) I didn’t know that seed banks underestimate the number of days for flowering and the color turned out to be a bit weak, but the strain is really bomb, I think I’ll come back someday and fully unlock its potential.
@SpectaGrow, bro, don't be coy, your hands are steady)
And circumstances are usually the biggest problem in our tough business)
Good luck, I'll be watching)
