Flydope21 Seeing a lot of changes since I’ve started the LST. Most of the plants are doing good exept for one that seems to be having a hard time. I will also be adding an xl exhale co2 bag.

If your using sun system then 24-26 inches and further for seedlings probably around 30 inches. But different models of cmh need to be hung different. Some at 3 ft. Same as with MH/HPS grow lights, always conduct the 30-second “hand test” after you’ve positioned your light. If the light bothers your hand after 30 seconds, it may bother your plants!

Flydope21 Last week showed the most progress. Lowered my light to about 22-24” and it just took off from there. The one that was not doing so well has started to show a lot more life this week.

Flydope21 I will probably veg these an extra week or two before flipping them. Was going to make this the final week but I don’t think they’re quite there yet.
