Started another seed growing because I thought my white widow was dying and too small... unfortunately this one has had a bad start to life with the shell still on. I guess I didn't plant her deep enough.
Day 2 - I sprayed her often and put her under a glass dome to raise the humidity. The shell came off after a few hours, and her leaves finally opened up. During the day she is in natural windowsill sunlight, but around 4pm I turn on a blue led light 30W and keep it on until 3am.
Day 4 - A hot day today! 29Β°C and I have no AC in the house. It's like a furnace in here. I had to keep the curtains drawn to keep the heat under control and as a result, she stretched. I repotted her haphazardly and added more soil up top. The best I could do with limited time. Also sprayed her with neem as I seem to have a sudden infestation of tiny flying creatures, thanks to the organic soil that I'm using for my white widow. Ick!
I've noticed new leaf growth is red. Recent temperature at night drops very low (13Β°C) and daytime temp does not get very high either (18Β°C), even with lights. Is cold the cause of the reddening? Or is it because I've added an extra light and it's now getting too much light?!
Hello to you
There is no problem is the cold
This delays growth but nothing serious you miss a few degrees you can win with a heating cable for reptile that costs nothing
Know that some genetics are more resistant to cold than others.
Og kush dinafem or super skunk sensi seeds or blueberry self from pev seeds
May the strength be with you πͺ
Itβs the cold ! But itβs a bit like if they were in the Hindu Kush mountains, spring can be a bit chilly. Work on your roots, with some roots enhancers and some amino acids, it will help her.
Cannabis has a"wellnesstmperature" its between 22-28 degree. Under and above that she slows down. the colder the slower. So maybe look for awarmer place for your tet, or get a infrared heater ( handyheater)for her
