First indoor. SOG from seed HPS400W 1x1

Fortunately caterpillars are gone. Some of them killed by the product, others picked by hand. Now the plants are showing yellow leaves at the bottom... maybe a deficency in nutrients? Or high umidity levels (i opened only now the bottom windows as i didn't know i had to, or wrong watering schedule (i was giving so much water once a week instead of the right amount every day). Now that i try to fix this problems i hope you guys can help me with that and be ready in a few days to switch to flowering
