Early this week I decided to remove the bottoms 2 nodes from every plant except for the little blue berry as she only as a week a veg left and I want her to bush out as much as possible. Big blue is catching up to the pineapple haze as they look identical at the moment with a single inner branch slowly behind the rest
Looking beautiful buddy. Thats a fantastic amount of training you've put into this girl and it's going to show very much so during flowering. I can't wait to see what this girl has in store for us once you switch that light to 12/12. Great work buddy. Cheers!
@DabCrab, appreciate it man! Im all to excited about my first training results. My first bag seed plant just kind of snapped off into a super crop but this time I was actually able to give proper training. Hope you stick around for some skimpy yields!
Hahha @bluedream17
Did you get the "mixed fruit pack" from I love growing marijuana .com?
I have these EXACT 3 strands...
I also noticed this is your second grow and you had some more problems on your first... I'm sure you learned a lot on your first grow, we all do..
Is there anything your still struggling with we may be able to help out with?
I'll follow along w ya and help any I can...
Although I'm still no master... but I don't kill shit and loose plants anymore haha
And you can't smoke if you can't finish 💪
@BlueDream17,
I now veg with a T5
Look at my LED blue dream diary for images of what I'm talking about
I put my plants in my 40"x40" tent when they are ready, basically when they can almost have total canopy cover, i veg them with the LED for4-7 days just to make sure it's not to much light and let them adjust start with my 380 HTG LED at almost 4 foot away, when they are on week 5 flower I switch out for my KIND 600 and literally STRAP IT TO THE ROOF OF MY TENT, depending on how tall they have gotten it's from 3-4 feet away still, if my tent was taller I would never let them get closer than 4 feet...
My HTG LED only had a 60degree 2nd optical lense, wich makes the light very focused (most have 90deg)
I tried HPS but I live where it is 90+ 8 months a year and I just can't cool the room enough.. so I've been tring to dial in my LEDs...
Remember this... not enough light is easy to fix, lower the light some and your plants will be happy in 2 days... stunt them or worse kill them with to much light.. it's like a 3 week recovery!!
Hope this helps 👍🏻
Ps you can look at my current flower tent with the 380 led in it, notice how small and "miniaturized" the new growth is, how small the fan leaves are.. this is also a sign of too much light, and I'm 4 foot away!
@Fun_Growin, it's a 450 w viparspectra. For the first few days I kept them under a 50 w t5, and then moved them over as soon as I thought they could handle the intensity. They seem to be growing beautifully with the largest and smallest plants already on their 5 and 4 node. I'm not so concerned with the light distance right now because the max distance for that light is 24 inches and I have it at 36in above the plants. What LED's do you run?
@BlueDream17,
I can tell that you have your LED nice and high... you could move it up even farther.. duno what led and watts it is.. but I keep my LEDs strapped to the roof of the tent literally and only use them for flower now.. veg in T5... it is easy to give them to much light with LEDs and some of your week 2 pics show a lightness to the main intervene... a sign of too much light...
Also can tell you, for me the Blueberry is the heaviest drinker of the bunch, also will normally grow 25-30% bigger than the other plants
So you will most likely need to tellis them or at least supercrop the blueberry to keep it in line with the others
