Running 3 Auto NL by Female seeds. Will be vegging them in my 4'x4' vegg tent. That tent is outfitted with two shelving units and lots of led strip lights at varying height. These will be flowered in a 2'x4' grow tent with two 120W quantum boards. These are around 2 days since breaking through and 4 since seeds were planted.
11-17-19:
Transplanted into their final pots, 7gal fabric pots. Turned up the light to around 10k lux at the canopy. Really blowing up after the transplant and light bump.
12-1-19:
These plants have only had water and Recharge so far. Planted them in 707 so won't need to feed for a week or two. Showing some pre-flowers and the top is starting to develop offset branching with pistils.
12-8-19:
Really taking off now. Turned the dimmer up all the way on the light. Started mixing a light nutrient solution when watering. Hoping I don't run out of head room.
12-16-19:
Stretch is really slowing down now. These plants are sensitive to the light, have the dimmer turned down to 60/70%. Interested to see how the flowers develop, up? out? both? either way will be an exciting journey!
12-24-19:
Having a bit of an issue working through it, we'll see how it goes. Flowers are developing nicely, looking forward to a good harvest for my first auto grow. If this grow ends well, will be doing consecutive auto grows in this 2x4 tent.
Ripening up nicely. Starting to get some amber on the fan leaves, should be a couple more weeks till they are ready. Might do a staggered harvest as the lower buds while good sized are about a week behind. Decided to remove a few fan leaves, mostly those that didn't look healthy. Grew to a final height 29" for the tallest, 27" for the medium, and 25" for the shortest.
1-11-19:
We're approaching the finish line now, the amber trichomes are climbing up the fan leaves and when I see 10% amber on the buds it will be chop time. Just plain water now, and boy are they drinking it up. Watering like 120oz of water each plant per day, final swelling push for the plant. I am overjoyed with how well this grow is going, For as little effort as I put forth i'm hoping for a nice harvest.
These plants were a joy to grow start to finish. They struggled a bit when i didn't harden them off to the brighter LED lights, but recovered well. Have a Three Little Bears scenario going on with one being big, one medium. and one small. All three have nicely coated buds, the difference is in volume. Maybe i'll just freeze and shake the whole small plant, I'm getting dangerously low on kief. The dry closet has now stabilized at 61F and 55-60%RH. I'm not using fans in the dry area this round, the only air movement is the dehumidifier or when the door is opened. So far at day 5.5 in the dry room for the first plant that was chopped, probably another 1-3 days and hopefully will be ready for either a paper bag or jar with some 62% Boveda packs.
