It's my first time doing a manifold. I topped twice as per the Nebula method.
These plants are built so low... Should I be defoliating the lower stuff more aggressively? How should I proceed at this point from a pruning/defoliating perspective?

@Grind6133 Remove all of the lower branches , leaves budlets etc this should transfer that energy into the rest of your plant.
Also at week 6 think about airflow around the buds. If there is too much foliage blocking them its a good idea to another light defoliation as adequate
air movement around the buds will help prevent budrot or heat related issues towards the end of your grow .
