Well this is day 31 and still using LST on a daily/bi-daily basis , the Recycle Sil has done wonders IMO as the stock and branches are looking strong and think. I did end up doing a light defoliation on some of the fan leaves I just could not tuck under any more . Check out my youtube for update videos !
