Mega Buds Big Bruce. Again I dont know much about the breeder I think they're a newer company I told them to send me their strongest strain and this is it. Bruce Banner cross. Will veg until flower tent opens up.
Temps dropped bigtime in the room these were in down to 48°f at night so I moved them into the flower tent since it was cleared out. Pic was taken right after I put them in there so they look extremely sad. Flip comin this week
These made the comeback of the century after the cold front and tent switch. Did some LST and defoliation I forget the exact day I flipped these but they're around a week or week and a half flower
Shes a bushy one, all these plants are growing so bunched up cuz they were stunted before the flip, expecting a disappointing run overall for quality although roughly 80% of the tent is purple so it should look cool atleast
This is doing good just swelling up. Its gunna have some fat buds it looks like. Some of these never fully recovered from being stunted from the cold. I added some microbe life photosynthesis plus to the mix.
I've missed so many weeks on these 2 strains that's my fault this run has not been smooth at all. I wanted to wait this week until I got the new lights up from a new sponsor and a fairly new company Growlightscience LED ( @growlightscience.led on Instagram). They sent me 4 of their 300 panels which are 298 watts at the wall and offer the most ppfd per dollar on the market, these are legit contenders in the LED industry and the quality is exceptional. They also offer a 200 watt version. I love these because they are pretty much exactly 4 feet long and 18 inches wide. I never been a fan of condensed chips it focuses too much light to the center of the tent and the plants along the edges suffer a little. These spread the light over the canopy to the max and have the 660nm reds which I like. They also have pre installed potentiometer for dimming and the panels are fresh as a mf. To top it off, they might give me a discount code for my followers to make an affordable top of the line light even cheaper. The plants are in flush after I had 2 more Hermes this round fuckin everything up this is gunna be discount weed and I cant wait to get it out of the tent. Discounts everywhere dont forget The code bangdang will get you 10% off at..

This came out pretty bad this run was a disaster. Back to back hermie runs. I didnt catch it in time again. I know this time it wasnt from a light leak I kept a security camera in the room the tents are in and a light never went on the windows are sealed. The breeder of some strains I was testing asked me if there were any hermies the last time I ran the strain and this time there were 2. So this might be seeded. Maybe I'll make edibles. Maybe I'll donate this bud to those in need. Maybe I'll get a bon fire goin throw the whole crop in and get the whole neighborhood stoned. Have to wear earmuffs and safety goggles while the seeds start poppin off tho it will be like the 4th of july. I'm pretty fuckin mad. I'm due for a good crop this next one better be the one. I'll do the harvest update when I trim anyone gives a shit.
@Hawkbo, have you ever heard of an extension plug with thermocouple probe? The one I use this has two plug-ins: one for a heater and one for an air conditioner. Basically you program a temperature you want to keep (say 70) and how much you're ok with the temp varying (say +/- 5). Then when the temperature is off of the set point by more than the variation, it turns the heater or cooler on or off. Works like a charm. Got mine for $48 on Amazon. https://www.amazon.ca/gp/aw/d/B011296704?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_image
@Njaak, I know my heat is fucked it keeps cutting out it either gets way to hot or just shuts down and get freezing then I gotta go turn it on and off at the breaker and it mostly happens while I'm asleep for whatever reason, real pain in the beanbag
Unlucky mate I've had some bad luck lately with dodgy genetics as well. Not hermies though they are devastating to a full tent it's a tragedy when they infect an entire crop.
Oh no...say it ain't so!
Man, I learned a terribly painful lesson last year when I hermied a whole tent full of afghan clones...even the mamma went to the dark side😰
I figured out the problem only by chance...
Only when I installed a second nanny cam in my tent did I discover that the 840nm IR lights on those security cams/nanny cams STAY ON when it's dark, whether you are connected to the camera or not....it's literally flooding the entire tent with a spectrum of light we cannot see, but that plants do!
I was actually leary that it would "wake up" my plants, so only ever connected during their dark for a few seconds every now and then to remotely check the temps and RH. Little did I know that the garden (in the eyes of the plants) was all lit up whether I was connected or not...
Solution:
Put your camera on the same timer as your lights so that it is offline until your lights come back on..
