Black Domina - Indoor Micro Grow

GrimReefer69 The Black Domina is not very tall, even after 4 weeks growth. It's only around 6-7 inches tall. 1-2ml BioBizz Grow nutes, and 2-4ml of BioBizz Alg-a-Mic per litre. I have taken 3 clones from her, which are in a shaded area under the Mars 48 LED light, on 18/6 cycle.

GrimReefer69 It's the first day of 12/12 cycle, I am intending on keeping these plants short, therefore have switched to 12/12 after vegging for 4-5 weeks. I will use BioBozz Bloom and Top-Max nutes, 1-2ml per litre to begin with. As well as feed BioBizz Alg-a-Mic at 2-3ml per litre. Plants Age: 0 years 1 months 3 days or 1 months 3 days or 4 weeks 5 day or 33 days Update: 28 Oct 2017 The 6 clones are beginning to root, this will make 9 x black domina clones, they're in small pots, so not expecting huge yields, just experimenting and learning as I go :)

GrimReefer69 Update: Friday 3rd Nov, 2017. The bigger mother plant has now begun flowering, and I have seen the first real white hairs today & pistils are now clearly forming. This also includes the clones, which of course are the same age :) So yeah.. I guess the clock has also now begun to tick for harvest time, it's a good day 😎 I did defoliate her a little today, some lower leaves, as she grows really faaast! and would like to now focus on the bud development. Fed today around 1ml BioBizz Bloom & Top-Max, with some BioBizz Alg-a-Mic thrown in for good measure. The odour levels have seen a noticeable increase, she does smell quite pungent when up close, or when tent is open, her leaves give off a real strong peppery scent, with a hint of citrus? Yeah not just the peppery odour by itself, some other odour in their too, can't make it out.. hmm...the word spicy comes to mind 😍 Update: Wednesday 8th November, 2017. The plant is now 7 weeks old, and it's been around 2 weeks and a few days since I switched to 12/12 flower cycle. White hairs are growing slowly but surely. The odour is very, very minimal around my grow space, although when the tent is opened, it's a little more stronger, but I would say still very weak. I did manage to get some nute burned leaves, and as a result I had to snip off the worst damaged leaves. I will cut back on some nutes, and adjust doses. Despite that however, this plant is very good at bouncing back I've discovered. It has a lot of strength, and self repair ability. I'll add some pics shortly 😎

GrimReefer69 Update: 22 days into flower now for my black domina plant. She did develop some calcium deficiencies what appears to be from the water. So I have added some Plant Magic Magne Cal+ in the last 24 hours. and am hoping this will fix things, I have noticed some improved difference in the last 24 hours. My 3 black domina clones are doing great and were unaffected from deficiencies, however have been slower to flower than mommy plant. As a solution, I have also started PH'ing my water mixed with nutes down to 6.5, to make sure they grow well from this point. I had slacked a little and and stopped using the PH meter. All further feeds and watering will be at the correct PH level to ensure quick recovery and hopefully a return to normal health. Day 27 All going well with black domina, and her clones, the buds are gradually fattening up, and we are now rollin on the right track 😍

GrimReefer69 Black Domina - Day 32 in Flower, flower production on the increase now, and the anticipation of harvest day approaches.. despite this, still some way to go yet before she is ready, . I have also added a couple of pics of my 3 clones .. 😍 Saturday 9th December 2017: Black Domina - Day 50 in flower.. sorry for late update guys, I've been really busy due to the time of year, and had also managed to drop and crack the screen on my phone, so hence no photo updates recently. However I have ordered another one on eBay expecting it in the next 7 days or so hopefully, it may not come in time before the chop, however I will post photos of after the chop, and harvested buds, including wet weight report. The buds...my goodness they are smelling absolutely gorgeous and I cannot wait to harvest and hang to dry.. on top of the beautiful scent, the buds have really filled out and are incredibly sticky and resinous.. Preparing to harvest Miss Black Domina and clones in 5 days from today, which will take her to 55 days in flower, she totally looks ready now, but I will take it 55 days :)

GrimReefer69 This strain was remarkable to grow, it became very bushy quickly during veg stage which was approximately 4 and a half weeks, before switching to 12/12 flower cycle. The Black Diomina mother plant was harvested at Day 53, two days earlier than I had scheduled, as she was pretty much ready to harvest. Unfortunately however, I had dropped and cracked the screen on my camera phone, and was therefore unable to take photos in time of the plant prior to harvest. (such is life.. i was really looking forward to doing that!) Anyway she weighs around 4oz after 4 days of drying, not quite dry yet and ready for glass jars, so she is likely to lose more "weight" hopefully not too much before she goes into the jars! I am really looking forward to testing a smoke, but she is not ready yet, I will provide a smoke report after about 1-2 weeks into curing. Overall, she is a strain I will certainly grow again, as she stays short (great if limited for height space) but she can get short, squat, and very bushy, and so defoliation, I found was necessary when limited for indoor grow space. Overall, I have really enjoyed growing her, and am sure will equally enjoy the smoke once ready, I also have 3 black domina clones, which are still under the lights for a few more days before they are ready to harvest, and they look as tho' they wlll produce around 1oz in combined weight. So around 5oz in total from one plant, which is not too bad eh? however it's the quality of the smoke I am more concerned over, more so than total bud weight, growing the Black Domina strain has been a very rewarding experience indeed .. It's happy growing guys, 😍 its gonna be an awesome Christmas! 😎0

GrimReefer69 SMOKE REPORT on my recently harvested Black Domina. Following a 7 day drying period in very good temperature and humidity conditions, and followed by several days in the jar with a boveda 62 humidi pack, i can confirm this weed has begun to turn extremely potent, and has completely lived up to the hype, taking me by great surprise and shocking me in the process,. So I have been sampling the drying bud over the course of 7 days already, and a couple of days ago, it wasn't quite their. It's now lost it's grass / hay smell, and the weed burns, tastes, and smells high quality. This weed has knocked me for six when smoking it, and I actually got so stoned I had an awesome nights sleep, the first one in a long time. it has been described on the Sensi Seeds website in a very accurate manner, I am getting tones of pepper, hash plant, blackberry, passion fruit even, it's got that hard hitting strength, and the flavour has become something i am becoming accustomed to and have to admit to really enjoying this amazingly potent strain, The strength of this weed is incredible, and it's not an understatement, I actually initially felt having read the description and reports regarding this strain, that it was over-hyped, but I have been so wrong, it's a pleasure to smoke, strong indica strains have always been my preference, and I can honestly say this is probably one of the strongest and most enjoyable strains I have ever had the pleasure to smoke, and also grow, I still cannot even believe I have had the pleasure and experience of growing this strain.. This weed will knock you on your ass like a Mike Tyson left hook, and keep your ass on the canvas .. wondering what the heck happened lol.... I kid you not!! Fascinating, trance inducing, beautifully, strong, fantastic indica goodness..this is one i hope will never end! 😍 😉
