Other than the runt that had a split stem within the first week (only 4cm) the other three are 7-9cm.
I've increased the lighting by 50% middle of second week. Two of the four I've given a weak, maybe 1/6 standard strength Miracle Gro (the blue soluble type) and there doesn't seem to be any difference in height as a result, but no nutrient burn.
I've got some Ph paper strips and some Ph down additive, and have taken the Ph to somewhere a bit under 6. That's after holding off watering for 4 days because the soil really retains the moisture, I'm not using a fan. They seem to be fine, if a little pale but maybe that's me not knowing what colour they are supposed to be, they look a bit better in the photos.
I have some 3 litre air pots along with more multi-purpose compost and Perlite, all ready to repot. I'm going for 70/30 soil/perlite. I'm a bit nervous about upsetting the roots when repotting, but the current pots are way too small. Should be doing that in the next 3 or 4 days.
I had a similar splitting occur on my first grow, although it was way less extreme. No harm in leaving it to grow I'd say. Just see if it dies off by itself or grows out of it :)
@Eryan, It's still continuing to put out leaves but height and leaves are really stunted. I'll let it go until I need the space unless it pulls a rabbit out of its hat!
