This is my first grow, I started by growing it in a small cup outdoor in my balcony, I had a good sun yet was for like 5~6 hours a day and I felt it is not enough and I had a slow grow. I decided to take it indoor from next week.

I was testing multiple lights, I ended up with a 150w LED light as it looks bright enough and 5500k ~ 6000k I moved from the small plastic cup to a bigger 15L pot using high drain soil & very little 20-20-20 fertilizer

Good progress this week, my girl is getting bigger and she seems healthy without any issues appearing so far. Since this is my very first grow I am very hesitated when it comes to light & watering and trying to read my girl's need. For lights I really want to find the sweet spot for my girl, When I take the lights down to 15cm from plant I feel she is happy at the beginning then I find the leaves pointing up later on which I think means over light & heat, when I take the lights back to 30cm they return back to normal state. For watering I really don't want to overwatering her, usually I water her every 3 days or so when I feel the top of the soil is dry using my fingers yet the word dry differ from a protective person like me and experienced grower.I feel that I need to wait more than 3 days to fully get dry and protect the roots. One issue I noticed, I found small green layer on the top of the soil, which means a start of Algae due to moisture & a serious sign of overwatering! As I said, I am still learning and the most important part is that my girl looks healthy so far.

So far not a bad progress with the grow, I feel little bit slow but ok for a start and first grow ever. I noticed new CalMag deficiency and started adding 1mg CalMag per liter of water. I've built a new DIY grow tent as it is very hard to buy a ready made tent here. Actually it was fun to build and much cheaper! it costed me overall with lights around $30 ;) My girl had her first topping this week and will work on mainline technique for my first grow, hopefully everything go smooth. Would love to hear your comments about the progress as I really don't know how the progress should be like.

New week with new progress, This week I can see some nice progress with growth, stems are much thicker and I can see a difference everyday. I applied second topping targeting full mainline hoping everything go as smooth as it can be. At the beginning I was targeting Quadlining thats why I had 2 nodes, this week I will be taking out the last node and making clones out of them and let the plant focus all its energy in the below node. Looks like I am targeting 8 weeks Veg & 8 weeks Flower, so I am not going to do the switch anytime sooner till my lil girl get bigger and overcome all the toppings being done to her. I started with LST and training my plant, she looks accepting it and adapting to the changes. In the past weeks i noticed some nut burns in the lower leafs so I decided to takeout the 20-20-20 nuts for now till I see any issues & I've increased the dosage for CalMag. I started to control the watering and just water when the soil is dry enough to give her space to breath too.

Another week passed with a good progress. Last week I've took 2 clones using the top nodes in order to concentrate all the plant energy to the bottom 2 nodes targeting a full mainline. I've also done some LST and the plant is adapting properly with it which is a good sign. The clones been in this small bottle for a week now and they seem healthy so far and there are signs of roots starting to appear, will wait till the roots are 5+ cm long before moving them to their new home pot. I think the current pot is very big for my girl, I didn't water my plant since last week and yet when i dig deep i can see there are still moisture but the top 5cm are mostly dry. I really want to dry the whole pot before watering it again as I am only going to water it with small portions to breath well and to avoid any kind of overwatering. Even while not watering it all that time I really can see better progress and faster development for new nodes.

Today is end of week 7, this week i've done the third and last topping and now I am ready for a full mainline with 8 main colas (fat ones hopefully) I will be switching next week to flowering (12/12) and will stop all nutrients till I see some flowering appearing first. I removed the 2 bottom leafs as they turned yellow already and will work on some LST from now on. I am very happy with the stems development, the plant looks short yet with fat stems which is great for holding my future colas. Clones looks ok but not ready for transplanting yet, will wait another week before doing this move.

The plant looking good, had some problems last week as I started to see evidence of nitrogen toxicity ( dark green leaves + curling down tips ) I did a flush just before switching to flowering and the color looks much better now and the plant looks healthy. I started to see the sex pistols and the plant is adapting perfectly with LST and mainlining. As you can see I have 8 main branches right now and thats my target, hopefully I end with 8 fat colas at the end. I will stop all nutrients till I start to see the first flower appearing and then will start giving my girl bloom feed (0-5-4).

So far all good, the only issue I can see is still nutrient burn, while I already did a flush last week I can see good progress but I can still see burned tips appearing. I think that my soil got lots of nuts, since this is my first grow and first time to use this soil I gave it more nuts in the veg phase which might caused this problem. Anyway I will only feed her with water without any kind of nuts till I find her asking for any. Flowers started to appear finally, I guess it is a matter of time now.

Nothing much to talk about, everything looks fine, flowers are developing nicely and my girl is praying mostly everyday which means she is happy. I guess nothing much to do except watching her growing. Ive been feeding her only tap water for the last 3 weeks, I don't think she needs any extra nuts as my soil seems very saturated already.

All good so far, buds are getting larger and started to feed twice a week as she seems drinking more water lately. I guess I am targeting 4~6 more weeks in flower before harvest.

This week I did massive defoliation, I am not sure if it was the right choice as it definitely seems to slow down the growth this week yet the plant seems accepted it properly. Plant looks good & started feeding her extra PK with very small dosage at the beginning as I previously had issues with nutes burn and really want to mitigate this issue. What I really don't like so far is the curling tips, This been showing with me since veg, for me it seems like nitrogen toxicity coupled with nute burn. I also stopped all kind of nutes till the plant show some progress. Till this moment I can see curling tips and really need feedback regarding this issue, what shall I do with it? is it harmful or shall I keep it like that? Shall I add more 0-5-4 Bloom nutes to help with growing buds or will it be stressful?

Why do I see those curling tips? I identified them as Nitrogen toxicity coupled with Nute burn, but flushing didn't fix the problem since Veg and I still can see them appearing in new grows. I want to add extra 0-5-4 nutes to help the overall growth of buds, shall I do it?

When you have dark green leaves and the leaves that are clawing on the tips then you have a Nitrogen excess ( the same symptom on the leaves without the dark green means something else ). So the Claw will not disappears as they are now the new shape of the plant so they can recover from the nitrogen excess but will keep the clawing on the tips. You idea is not the best , I mean you wanna add extra nutrients to counterbalance the nitrogen with PK but you are not lowing your N amount ( which is causing your excess ) . When you have an excess you flush , check the runoff ph and ec/ppm to have an idea of the nutrients amount and then you add extra nutrients : remove before you add for an excess and add more than you remove for a deficiency

Baby girl is getting bigger, bought a TDS meter to check the PPM and started to understand how it goes. She seems happy with the new feed and all good so far.

This week the smell is getting very strong, she smells like Lemon, I can smell my girl even while the tent is closed! I increased the nutes dosage this week to give her a kick. Never thought I would be happy seeing leaves starting to get lighter targeting yellow, I've always had problems with nitrogen excess, so seeing leaves getting lighter means finally my baby girl is done with all the excessed nitrogen and sucking what is left from the leaves which is totally fine in the late flowering stage. I am not even close to harvest, Amnesia haze got a very long flowering cycle, I guess I am targeting 10 ~ 11 flowering weeks so 4 weeks left I guess. My plan is after 2 weeks I will stop giving nutritions and flush my girl till harvest, I really hope she start to bulk up on the go till harvest time. Let me hear your thoughts :)

This week the smell is just perfect and very tempting, More defoliation happened this week as most of the leaves were turning yellow, I removed all leaves and left the ones attached to the bud area to give more light penetration to the lower buds in their final flowering stage. Also I've increased the nutes dosage this week while checking the drained water and my girl seems sucking all the nutes happily so far with much less out-take. I've started to see amber trichomes using the magnifier lens which is a flag that my girl started to be ready yet I am not going to rush Amnesia Haze, I am supposed to have another 2 ~3 weeks left for the full cycle so I will see ow things will go. I am still not that happy with buds growth, really wish it start to dense and bulk up through those 2 or 3 weeks.

Can you please have a look and tell me how long you think is left before harvest? This is Amnesia Haze, as far as I know it needs 10~11 weeks in flower, do you think I am on track? What can I do to push buds development? currently PPM 1200, running off 1300

In my Opinion there is nothing you can do to boost her. To me she looks quite dry and hot. So i would check her often to watch out for signs of getting hermie. To me the trichomes look cloudy , what do you say....? trichomes are the signals for harvest. If you have cloudy trichomes,,, well its time to chop her .
