White Crack auto

My first WC grow (my first plant ever) didn't go as planned so I'm giving the strain another shot. Grow media is coco, perlite, worm castings. I also added some Dr. Earth premium gold and kelp meal. Had a twist in the leaf so I adjusted my water pH. First week seemed to go well.

A lot of growth this week! She seems to be focusing on growing bigger leaves than growing taller. With the SSx3BOG in flower, I don't want to raise the light up. Pictures posted are the first day of week 2 versus last day of week 2. Grow medium is coco, perlite, worm castings, amended with Dr. Earth premium gold. It's a slow release amendment so I will be trying to time it better than with the SSx3BOG. 😆 I'm planning to do a little more LST with her than what I've done previously, with no topping, perhaps at the end of next week. She's sharing a tent with SSx3BOG, a baby catnip, and now a bromeliad that I have no idea how to care for.😆

Well it looks like I've missed my window for LST, the stem is too thick now so I guess I'll get to see her natural shape! She's grown quite a bit this week. I'm seeing her start to show sex so this MIGHT be our last week in veg. There is a LOT of undergrowth, it seems like my previous plant didn't quite grow that way so I can't wait to see what she'll look like. I added 1tbl worm castings on day 18; 1tbl Dr. Earth kelp meal, 2tbl Dr. Earth flower girl on day 20. Trying to keep up with her needs and prevent deficiencies since it takes a while for the slow release amendments to help. She's looking great and loving life and I'm really enjoying watching her grow! Reminders: Grow media is a mix of coco, perlite, worm castings, cactus potting soil. I sprinkled some Root Naturally Endo Mycorrhizae about an inch under where I put the seed. I top dressed with kelp meal, and premium gold.

This week I got to see the tops peak out. I took two leaves off that were weighing down two tops and tucked some others. The main top is looking lovely. Day 29 (today) I added 2tbls worm castings, 2tbls flower girl, and 1tbls kelp meal because she has started to show hunger despite amending on the 18th and 20th. She seems to be a hungry plant! Hopefully she puts the food to good use and the colas will be huge. 😄 We're going through some uncertainty with the house and will eventually be moving this year, so this girl will be my last plant in this setup until we're settled somewhere else.. probably. I've really enjoyed the grow, maybe even more than smoking, so we'll see what happens. I've started more catnip though! My next plant will be a photoperiod and I'm so excited to try different training techniques.

So we're about halfway done with this girl now! She's done well, besides being a very hungry plant and me not catching it in time--I thought I had another week 🤦 my fault. I added some more Dr. Earth flower girl today and gave her a lot of water. She gets center stage with the light now, I raised it a few inches hoping she'll stretch a little more. All things considered, this was another easy week with her and I'm excited to watch her grow. Such a different experience than with my first White Crack.

Another easy week. Just plain pH'd water this week. Can't wait to watch the tops thicken up.

Started a little bit of defoliation today. I'll probably do a little bit more next week. She's been a great girl, nothing like my first try at this strain. Might check trichomes next week but Im going to try to leave her alone until the end of week 10.

Kind of worried as I was planning to harvest so the plant has used up its food, but trichomes don't look ready.😅 I guess we'll see how it goes.

Still waiting 😅 she's taking longer than I thought! I wish I'd realized she would still be going so I could have fed her one last time before withholding. Trying to start getting ready for my next run.
