Due to this consistent heat wave of temps above 38 degrees and local fires, plants are now temporarily indoors under 1x 260W LED quantum board with 18/6 light schedule. Watered once this week with compost tea and spritzed with water daily. One seedling was stunted with the heat, but is still looking somewhat healthy (about 2cm tall and minimal vertical growth), whilst the other is growing strong at 4cm tall. Cover crop is also coming along nicely.

Being an auto, what do you think the chances of the stunted baby turning around? Will it still yield ok or will it stay miniature throughout its cycle. Literally the vertical growth stopped after about an inch and it’s first leaves are tiny. The second set are just sprouting now.

It is definitely looking happier in it's new setup, but unfortunately I do not think it has the ability to become a big yielder. It's lifespan is pretty baked in, so you have optimistically a few weeks to grow it out. You could get it to the size where it will provide a small, good quality yield in that timeframe so there is still hope 🙂👍

Do you think they’re suffering with some nitrogen toxicity? If so, how do you recommend i fix or balance it out?... growing organic no till with water only and occasional compost tea. I top dressed 3 weeks ago with an organic dry amendment and think thats where I’ve over done it.

I don't think it is N toxicity. Usually all your leaves would be super dark green, and the very tips of the leaves would look like the are hanging down like a cat claw. Usually when leaves start curling up and flipping like that it means you have high temperatures and/or too much water. The leaves do that because they are working too hard to move water efficiently through the plant. If you have these issues in check though, then it is possible that there is some sort of root problem, but check these other things first.
