closetsmoker17 3 Gallon Felt Pot
Canna Coco w 30% Perlite
Vivosun 600w LED
2’ X 4’ Tent
General Hydroponics Nutrients
Day 1:
Popped about 48 hours ago using the paper towel method. Planted in 3 gallon felt pots using canna coco and 30%
perlite. Soaked using nutrient solution before potting. Nutrients used this week were actually diluted in 2 gallons of water, not one. I’ll be upping the nutes gradually depending on how she takes it. There are 41 - 4” pots that have monstera in them. I’ll be removing them once my other two seeds pop, if they ever do, so far I’ve got two duds from this order from ILGM (one OG Kush dud and one Jack Herer, and the two new seeds I started have not popped either).
Day 2: She’s popped above the soil already. Nothing else to report
Day 3: She’s got her first serrated leaves. I gave her a little bit of water today. Coco was pretty dry about an inch deep. I think the fan may be too direct.
Day 4: adjusted direction of the fan. the coco is drying up fast even with just this little seedling. The tent also seems to be getting pretty hot. Substrate temp was up to 80F.
Day 5: Got the temp down to 79 in the tent. Humidity is at 51%. Gonna get a small humidifier to put in the tent.
Day 6: Not much growth. Second set of serrated leaves coming in. Temp in the tent down to 78 now. Humidity sitting around 57.
Day 7: Added humidifier to the tent. Got the RH up to 70% with the tent closed. Nothing much to say about this one yet. She’s going to take off next week.

closetsmoker17 Week 1 is in the books!
Day 8. No water or anything needed today. Just going to keep an eye on temp and RH. Everything is going great so far.
Day 9 She’s looking good. I really think she’s about to take off! Didn’t need any water today and everything looked good. Probably give her a drink tomorrow.
Day 10 Looking good. Watered today.
Day 11. Some little internodal growth going on. She’s gonna be a monster. Raised the light to 24” to let her stretch a bit for a day or two before I top.
Day 12: Everything holding steady. No water today.
Day 13: Still going as planned. Getting some small little spots on the oldest leaves that look like “burns” but I’m not sure. Hopefully nothing serious.

closetsmoker17 Starting week 3. Watered today and topped. Everything going good so far! Forgot to reduce the nute/water ratio down to 1 gallon instead of 2 this week so they’re still at half strength. But I’m sure she’ll be fine 😁

closetsmoker17 Yoooooooo!
It’s been a while. Been super busy with work so I haven’t had time to post like J should. But this thing is a beast! I topped it super early so it slowed down flowering. But I’m starting to see a few pistils I think, so hopefully next week she’ll start stretching and take off. Everything going as planned so far though 😁😁

closetsmoker17 Last two days of week 7. Headed into week 8 with no clear sign of flowering. Not sure if I ended up getting a photo or not. Gonna give it another week or so and try a 12/12 flip. Not mad at it though, this thing is a monster! Been a fun one so far 😁😁

closetsmoker17 Man, what day is it? Where am I? What week is this?!?!
Lol, I’m pretty sure I’m on week 9 with this one. Work has been crazy and I’ve been feeding her a lot but no more defoliation until I’m sure she’s stretching for flower. Then I’ll give her one more trim up. Looks like she may be wanting to stretch now and the stems are becoming a lot more rigid. Whatever happens, she’s a beast and has taken everything I’ve thrown at her. 😁😁😁💪🏼💪🏼 See ya in a week or two! Hopefully with pistils to show!
You will be fine - HST as in topping Auto flowers can slow them down a bit, your nutrient regiment should help them bounce back quickly, they look like they are about to flower, I have found that the more resilient your Autos are the more you can do with them, I have even Mainlined a plant once and it just bounced back, some Autos are not very resilient and these plants are the ones that a little LST is all they can take. Your plants look great just keep feeding them and you will be rocking it, the hard part now is going to be getting those nutrients into the soil without splashing onto the leaves. I am going to be following this grow because I also believe that Autos are tougher then most people belive - rock on and good luck!
