The second week was kind of tough. She suffered due to my bad light adjustment.
At the beginning I tought the lights are fine and where in fact too close and the burn on the the leaves are just nutrients deficiency. After adjusting the lights again but much far...the baby leaves grew just perfect healthy.
This week the stem started to thicken but not much. Anyway I am quiet happy that she recovered slowly but steady.

@Tuilejuggle, Glad to help anyway if I can, keep any eye and do what you're doing , I don't think it's that serious yet and may just right it's self , I'll check back and see how things are going , good luck mate
@raptor65, holding my hand on the top it's a bit more warmer then the room temperature but not even close to uncomfortable.
Looking at the charts and photos of nutrient deficiencies couldn't find anything that fits. At least at this stage.
I will watch closely and see where we heading.
Thank you very much for your help and time!
@Tuilejuggle, It might be a nitrogen deficiency , can't really till , you an find charts on line to refer to, just punch in nutrient deficiency and google and you should see pictures to refer to, and may find your answer , they don't look that bad to me yet (but)it might be nitrogen def ?? Your lights what i'm look at don't seem too close it's all about the heat and how close they are , try putting your hand on the top of your plant you should be able to till if its too hot ,it would be uncomfortable to you , just move your lights up a few inches and check again until you feel comfortable with the warmth and not to hot , I use all LED grow lights and range them around 18 - 24 inches and of course adjust with growth of your plant and check every day, I hope this helps you some , really sorry I don't have a for sure answer , good luck with your decisions , all the best, I'll check back and see how you do👍
I'll take a wild guess and say "courage the cowardly dog"
I would suggest lowering your lights or heighten your plant to be closer to the lights, seems she stretched a bit too much.
Good luck in your grow mate. 💪
@Tuilejuggle, no mate, the grow is fine, just that the stem is a bit too thin, that's because she is stretching to find "better/stronger" light. the leaves look perfect.
@Haze9, thank you very much!
It's around 40 cm above. Do you think it's too high? I don't want to burn it 😧
If you suggest i cam decrease the distance.
The spots on your leaves are not nutrient deficiency or burns. I think it's more likely a ph unbalance or over-watering (water your plant every 2-3 days and just around the seedling, not the whole pot for now)
The new light setup seems to be better, but watch it closely the next few days and see if the stem thickens and doesn't grow in height fast :D
Best way to test for burns is to keep your hand there, if it's too hot for you then it's too hot for your plant.
@ZeroPro, thank you very much for that! I really appreciate your help.
I will watch closely and update regular.
Holding my hand on the top feels just a bit more warmer than the room temperature!
So glad I found this place!
Pls don't overdo it with the water. You where lucky she didn't drown. this plant needs oxygen too, you need to keep it moist, not drenched on water. Only use small amount of water near the roots in seedling stage.
@Tuilejuggle, Ive seen the Pictures already, and i just would do what @ZeroPro told you... he gave nice advices....
But i can repeat for you.... lower the lights give airflow and shake the stem softly for fattning up. Give some soil around the stem
Its so that more leaves appear and she stretches for the light.... in worst case she falls down
And as long as the spots dont spread i wont be concerned...... looking to me like litle burnings=? cant say exactly maybe ypu sprayed something=?
Give your girl another Lightcircle with adarkness break like 20/4........
Next grow with automatics i would avoid jiffys... sometimes the " skin" around the jifffy is to tough for the roots
