Here we are week 2, all these little ladies (6) have been topped above the 3rd node and had either the first and second or just the first removed in hopes of producing some nice main/quad lines. I have to try my best to keep these little ladies from stretching too much to avoid height issues in the future. Wish me luck ๐คโ๏ธ๐ช๐ฑ๐ฟ๐ฒ
@Mojet, yeah I'm a new grower with limited height so I'm trying to keep them small. I allll ready stunted them early on giving unnecessary nutrients but my environment is getting dialed in, pest issues have been dealt with and now it seems like I have my water situation fixed so we'll see. Thanks for checking me out โ๏ธ
Plants are looking great, Do you plan on doing any techniques with these? I super cropped mine this time or others call it mainlining, Zkittlez from fastbuds has exploded in growth since I did this. Check my diaries out if you get a chance. Happy growing
@Bashgrowsitall1989, all have been topped in Hope's of some main lining and quad lining. I'm still a noob so we'll see how it goes. Best of luck to ya!
Hey there,
Thanks so much for running a diary of our genetics ๐
Let us know if you need any assistance, weโre more than happy to help.
Happy Growing !!! ๐ฑโ๏ธ๐ด๐๐ฟ๐ณ
I find that my autoflowers are much pickier than my photo plants. They seem to use less nutes and respond faster to over-fertilization, they're less forgiving. Sucks about the N toxicity, I did the same thing on my first grow thinking I was being well-meaning. I have had decent success with topping autos, I let the plant grow 5 nodes [the cotyledons don't count] and then crop it down to the 2nd node. Sometimes I crop it to the 3rd node, but it's easier for me to LST 2 nodes in my space. Hopefully everything comes around for you, good luck!
