"Cotton balls" everywhere!
The pistils are popping out stigmas and trichomes are starting to form😃.
Only a hint of smell so far (mostly during lights out).
This plant is drinking a gallon a day, and keeping the humidity at 55-60% RH in the tent, requires alot of ventilation.
I hope she doesn't outstretch this tent 🙏.

How, when, or should I defoliate this Alice Nicole sativa in flower? She's a mess, and could use better light penetration and airflow. What leaves to remove? Most seem to be attached to a bud site. This is my first sativa and ScrOG grow, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks🙏

Once you harvested a Sativa you would know what to remove.
A spoiler is that lower small branches don't produce much. So, do it! Lower leaves and tiny branches. But do it a little each day. Plan for four-five days. Too much at one go will stress her too much and she might produce hermaphordite flowers.

@DeaneR, just requires trg a different way to shape it rectangular. In a 2x4 setup I top early and LST each shoot opposite direction and so on
