So for week 2 we are in full Cotyledon sprout. The odd thing about this monster is it appears to only have a mono cotyledon and a mono node. never have experienced a full mono so no idea how it will turn out.
Its growing well. I havent been trying to water it but it seems the substrate is drying out/draining more then id like. Recently had my grow room get hit with White powder mildew on my spring seedlings. Removed them and sanatized and will treat these plants with neem oil most likely when they develop further in the veg state. Since these will be moving out doors by hopefully week 6 or 7 it will give me plenty of time to treat and maintain it should it arise. Was mostly from classic peat pots we use for seedling starters. We always get a few that end up with WPM.
Im not sure if i should be concerned with the single mono leaf that sprouted from this strain. but will keep running and see how she develops.
also checking my charts i realized i never added mykos. So i did de-root (very gently) the plant and proceeded to add mykos to the roots. still developing nicely after application on 3/3/2004 so all seems to be going really well. No burns from the lights or excess drying of the leaves. No nutrient burn from the small amount ive added. As im only adding 1-4oz of water as needed just to ensure the soil isnt drying out. which is very easy to tell with my mix as the top turns to powder.
What is this called when you only get 1 leaf and 1 cotyledon? is this adverse or a negative? never experienced a mono. Is this going to perform sub par and should i pop a new monster to be a mother for this strains grow?
good ones, I call him "brown"😜.
I explain, you have half the food and light processing.
From my experience (I have one that was born without cotyledones and this small, pretty but small) I would tell you that it will have a slower start.
But you never know 😎, with love
Happy grow

and skip your grow nutrient... no need to feed, the growmedium has nutrients.... or is it asoilless=?
Hemp grows undere nearly every condition. but it grows the best under optimal condition. that means with a relaitve high RH in the first weeks. Look for VPD ( just Google it)
. Never give up a mj-plant... they are extremly resiliant and flexible
