Added a large container underneath to catch run off. They are drinking about a liter each per day.
Removed leaves for better air flow and some of the thinner branches that wouldn't produce well.
Final defoliation. Removed all the super thin branches and lower leaves. A few fans covering bud sites.
Normally might not remove so much, but humidity was a bit high in the tent and with it so crammed in there the extra airflow is necessary.
Some minor burn on the tips. I ran a mild flush solution through the system and am carefully monitoring run off.
The factors here seem to be that temps are high, and 4 inches of rockwool is not that much media.
Lowering EC in the rez to compensate.
The 4 inch cubes are a pain to keep wet enough in a run to waste system. Been monitoring run off carefully to prevent salt build up.
2 different phenos, 1 pheno a couple weeks from harvest.
2 of these are coming down this week. 90% cloudy trichomes, and I like to avoid any amber to prevent sedative meds. The other two are 2 weeks out or more.
I'm having to tie more branches as the buds seem to be gaining weight.
Here's hoping 😁
Two got the chop at 90% cloudy trichomes. The other 2 have a week or maybe 2 to go still.
Definitely 2 different phenos here. 👍
Pics of trichomes about a week old. Plants chopped 4 days ago.
Just waiting 1 more week for these to fully ripen. They will get chopped in about 5-6 days, and then I'll come back in a few weeks with the final report on weight/aroma/effect.
Fairly easily to grow, very vigorous, two different phenos. First pheno finishes fast, but doesn’t yield much. Second pheno takes 2.5 weeks more but yields almost 4 times as much and has a nice Sativa high.
3/4 harvested plants are a hybrid effect, not sedative but intoxicating and impair judgement.
The 4th I’m calling “Spicy Italian”, it smells like basil and black pepper with hints of licorice and other spices has a clear high with a lot of focus and energy.
The smaller two only yielded about an ounce total, and the larger two were about 50g each.
Total yield 132 grams.
Lots of different terps, citrus and spicy, pretty unique. I can’t say I’ve smelled any other strains quite like it.
Overall I think the genetics are strong and easy to grow and produce some nice buds!

Impressed with your grow and the setup you have for the water. Did you buy a kit? Is the water gravity fed or with a pump. I have a DIY grow Chamber and your feeding setup would be helpful when I grow morw than one plant. Good luck with the harvest.
@CommanderCannabis, hey bud! Thanks!
This is my tent from the outside:

I have the rez outside and use a pump 👍
I didn't buy a kit, I'm actually using floraflex 6 inch pots to hold 4 inch rockwool cubes. 4 inch pots are too small.
The caps, clips, and tubing are floraflex but connectors and drippers are not. Most stuff was just purchased separately.
Let me know if you have any more questions, or if I haven't answered everything 😁
If you would like full details on how I setup my system to catch run off, you can have a look here:

@Dinger, yessir. I have seen fairly large sativas grown in 4 inch cubes, start to finish with lengthy veg time.
I'll be vegging these for 21-30 days at most.
Watering will be automated when I get to the point where I need to water daily.
Thanks for stopping by, and good luck in your garden!

Has the same tip burn as mine, same feed ratio except just using 1ml of Mag Pro, I didn't have issues with this until flipping & feeding Bloom, even cut it back to 30% didn't improve, but only marginally worse on the plus side (at least for now in day 50 of flower).
Just bought a fresh quart, going to send it back to Amazon & go straight Foliage Pro Mag Pro & Protek, seen more growers use it as main feed start to finish than not.
