My plants are flowering really slow and don't look leafy at all(were not trained)...I would like to know if there is something I can do to make them better. They are on 12h under blue LEDs 3500 lumen and at night 12h under red and blue LEDs 400.I think I need good nutes
I would recommend adding more light power if possible. The blue lights are good for veg but you want more red in flower. The sun puts out around 10000 lumens per square ft just to give you an idea of what you should shoot for. Quantum boards are where its at when it comes to lighting. As far as the nutrients, I love maxigro for veg and maxibloom for flower. They are cheap and grow great plants in soil and hydro.

What I want to do is try to reveg the plant (going 24h+blue led) after I've cut the top coal, so the lower coals con grow in direct light. Doing so with no autoflowering breeds is normal but, on the paper, autos are on a death clock.. Can you have mixed genetics autos?
I had a plant reveg once after the roots and stalk it sat on a compost heap for a few weeks, planted it back got a few grams.

The edges of the leaves are dry and black. Every single point of the leaf is burnt(black) or yellow...even some edges on the leafs of the coal are burnt. I guess it’s overfert...but I just flished. Is it Ph? I haven’t checked it has been some days...

Hi @Kushpooh The burns look like variations in Ph and some excess fertilization. the withered leaves is because the substrate is soaked too much, apply less water in each irrigation. good luck mate 👍🙏
I don't know if I should harvest my plants yet. I've been giving them RO water for the last 1.5 week. One looks her pistils are getting too dark, while the other one has a lot of white pistils but many of her fan leaves and sugar leaves are turning yellow already. Should I cut?
Pistils and they're colors mean nothing when it comes to being ready for chop. You need to look at the trichomes. The sparkly crystals. Get a magnifying glass or jewlers loupe and look at the mushroom like crystals. There will be a stalk and a round head on top of the stalk. The head is what we're looking at. Theres 3 colors, clear, cloudy and amber. Youre looking for about 70 percent cloudy 30 percent amber. More cloudt for a head high. More amber for a couch lock high. There clear heads mean they aren't ripe yet and need more time to grow. The pistils are for collecting pollen and making seeds, has zero to do with getting you high. You're after those tricomes, good luck!
I don’t see much amber so I would wait..don’t stare yourself blind over the adviced bloom period the packaging tells you..I had ladie who according to breeder specs would finish in 8 weeks and mine did 12 to finish(you can find even diary’s like my amnesia who should Finnish in 11 weeks and the guy had 103 day’s before she finished)
From the moment you start to see amber trichomes you can start thinking of harvesting.but I think you probably wil need at least a week
