Another week of intense training, quick recovery and growth.
4 of 8 extremities of the plant have grown slightly bigger than the tomato ring , with some more solid growth I will secure those branches with soft garden wire. The other 4 future colas are working their way to the ring. For daily updates check my Intagram stories.
Not much to report next week shall be interesting hopefully all 8 colas will be in place.

@Nor_Cal_Kannabliss, Tthank you mate, you should totally try! its quite rewarding, topping with LST is always a win in terms of weight you can check my upcoming harvest on instagram @girlgoneweed i have 3 White Widows over 140 days old going to harvest next week, topping and lots of LST resulting in multiple fat colas per plant.
