I like Ga4ad2en0er's answer (your name's to hard to spell man! Lol). You can literally just bend her over and expose lower nodes to light and air. They will grow and become mains.
I did a very simple LST method with my NL#1 in my second grow. Nothing fancy at all, just the basics. Not trying to sell the diary to you, but I have updates and close ups of my bends and how I incrementally adjust them to get the results I'm looking for. The long and short of it: Single topping of the main @ the 6th node point. The rest was LST. Super simple, massive colas and a 120 gram harvest on her, alone.
I topper a lot in my first grow but I advice not too. LST accomplishes the same task without the recovery time needed when we cut the girls head off. The new laterals that branch out will also be weaker and hold less bud quantity. By the end my mains were weak from too much topping and the product on the each was finite.
This is just how I do it but we all fall into our own style. You may like some things I do but not others. Take what you like and leave the rest. In time you'll see what and where bends can be placed to optimize the tent area, yeild and mains👍👍.
Lastly (sorry, getting long now) is to keep it simple. Small bends, adjusted every once in awhile. I stay away from more advanced methods like mainlining and HST methods. You will see in no time that the results of meticulous LST is just as good if not better then other high stress methods.
Cheers and good luck finding your style!!🙂👊
