Autospud This week I gave the plant its first molasses feed and started to LST. The plant feels stronger and secondary growth has been more vigorous.

Autospud This week has seen growth amp up. It has been tied down twice this week and secondary growth has been strong. I started the week by top dressing with a layer of worm castings and fed with mollasses and coconut water. The stem has begun to peel fibres which is a good indication that the plant is happy. Pistols started to show on day 26. Some issues I've ran into this week are leaf tips turning down on upper growth. I believe it's my light that's causing this so I raised it up to 18 inches above the canopy and new growth doesn't seem to have the issue. I will also adjust my pH on my next watering as I think it is too acidic for the nutrients I'm using. Some leaves seem to have a mottled pattern . It has been something I've noticed throughout the growth of this plant but I don't think it's something to be too concerned about. I will keep an eye on it.

Autospud This week I ammended my soil for the second and final time at day 30. In 2 weeks what was previously ammended will be depleted and by that time what I ammened will start to become available for uptake by the plant. I ammended with 3 tbsp power bloom, 1 tbsp all purpose, 2 tbsp mineralised phosphate aka bat guano and 2 tbsp glacial rock dust. Growth has been strong. I've continued daily LST tweaking and shes starting to push out pistols. Ive managed the canopy by defoliating to allow light to reach the lower bud sites. I'm happy with how things are going considering my setup is very basic.

Autospud Plenty of pistols on show now. The plant is starting to smell of hash. I've continued Lst to spread the canopy out, I recokon I will do one more lst session in the coming week and everything should be where I want it to be. I picked up some micchorizae (myco jordan from elite 91) for my next grow, so I top dressed with half a tablespoon of that and watered it in during my mollasses feed. I'm very interested to see if it has a big impact as it's my first time using micchorizae.

Autospud This week the plant has started to display its purple color, the buds are stacking up nicely and the tricomes are developing. My new Spider Farmer sf-1000 arrived and is giving off a lot more heat than my previous cob. I saw some signs of stress with leaf curling so I raised the light and hopefully she bounces back over the next few days. Ive finished LST as the canopy is nice and even.

Autospud This week went well. The plant looks like she's recovered from the light stress and seems very happy under the sf-1000. She's getting triched up, displaying all her purple colors and she smells of berries and hash. Still feeding molasses and coconut water once a week and phd water in between. She's getting thirsty.

Autospud I have only been giving the plant pHd water this week and she has started to fade out. Trichomes are mostly clear but beginning to get milky. buds are foxtailing and not really fattening up. There are a few issues that I am unsure are natural or caused by me. Foxtails, clawing leaves and red stems. She could be a little rootbound as she's only in a 2 gallon because I wanted to keep her small. Next time ill probably go for a faster strain for my small closet in a 2 gallon and leave the 12 week strains for outdoor in 3s or 5s. All my nitpicking aside shes smelling and looking beautiful.

Grow Questions
Autospud
Autospudstarted grow question 5y ago
I am late in flower with my little blackberry kush and she has begun to fade. Shes foxtailing and doesn't seem to be putting on bud weight, has red stems and clawing leaves. Is this natural late in flower or something caused by me?
Solved
Buds. Not fattening
Leaves. Curl down
Plant. Stem - Red or purple

Autospud Everything is going well this week. The buds are getting denser and the plant is fading off. I stripped some depleated dead leaves to allow light through the canopy. Shouldn't be more than a week or 2 left. Can't wait to have a taste!

Autospud So my harvest wasn't a fantastic yield and the buds were not perfect but boy did they taste delicious and got me cooked. 100% indica. My kind of weed. I feel like I know what went wrong in my grow and its down to how much I was watering along with the fact that I only upgraded my light halfway through flower which caused some stress for a week or 2. I never watered to run off and at times I let her get quite dry. after the chop I inspected the roots. They were not very strong or plentiful at all, I found patches of ammendments that had not been fully hydrated. The buds were foxtailed and never seemed to put on weight in the final weeks. Im my current grow I am watering to run off and more often than before and they are doing extremely well. Update to follow soon. This is only my second summer growing and I'm learning a lot of how to get the most out of a plant so I'm happy with that. Thorough waterings from here on out. I have 1 more blackberry kush bean to pop so hopefully I can do the next one justice. Thanks for all the help and the comments ✌️
