I might be posting a day early but i needed 2 show u guys how great this week has went, these ladies are absolutely loving life right now and are blowing da fuck up, i topped them last Saturday when they had 6 nodes and they seemed to handle it well and recover quick, i will probably be flipping them next week at week 5 as i want to at least top 1 more time or at least have time to supercrop or both would be even better, i still havent got my humic acid which sucks but its hard with all this virus shit goin on so speakin of which I hope every1 is staying safe and staying medicated.. happy growin yo!! ✊💪
when should i start topping?? the ladies are currently 3 weeks old and are starting to grow nodes so do i wait for those nodes to grow or?? any help would be appreciated as ive never grown photoperiods before so this is all new 2 me man.
Hey mate, you want to wait until there is at least 3 nodes before you top them. Your plant will be able to recover quicker this way. Looking at your plant its probably read to top once the new growth comes through a bit more. Here's a link to a good guide https://www.growweedeasy.com/topping-fiming
Hope this helps :)
I want to top at least 2 times so since i already topped last week do i wait and top the 2 main branches that were the result of topping or can i top all the nodes??
I understand that photoperiod strains when sleeping for 12 hours need complete darkness, im not growing in a tent..not yet anyway as i dont have the $$ so i do have some very small light leaks at nighttime with this fuck up my ladies??
Hi @DaHomie During the dark, just 1% of light that the plants exposes, in long run affects the harvest, but as long as it is not intense light in long run it does not affect the plant too much. if you have this problem you should choose to grow automatic plants, these light leaks do not affect them. good luck mate 👍
The choice of potsize depends mainly in your setup// space you have. If you have a big room and spacew use bigger pots. For indoors in atent anything between 5 and 7 gallons do a very good job
@@@DaHomie, In this case go with a 7 gallon. My limitation is the growspace. ican see a noticeable difference in every gallon you add. Plants develop better,
But its hard to say if its a iron fact, because i change always the strains.. and have no direct comparison. In my actual grow iam using 11l// and 15 l Smartpots, and there is anoticeable difference .
@Mrs_Larimar, Is there a noticeable difference between 5 and 7 gallon?? im in a room not a tent just so u know so m not really that limited just a little but im going to setup a veg room in the other half of this room after this batch. Will i get a bigger yield if so how much?? i know it varies on alot of things but if u have experience with both 5 and 7 gallon what did u notice was different or what was better??, if u dont mind me askin.
Greetings from Russia. Your plants look great! Keep developing like that! If you are interested in following the adventures of weed in Russia, subscribe to my diary
@HazeyBobby, fursure man, il check your batch out homie, an Well at the start of this batch it was around 45% man but heat kinda defeats the purpose of a humidifier u know?? so i said fuck it an put it away plus i dont want high humidity in budding stage man. shit 2 years ago i never used a humidifier just a AC so my humidity was always at 30% an never caused any problems cause your ladies will adapt to the enviroment there livin in man, Cheerz brotha✊
