Watered them on Day 30 with nutrients. Growing Pretty Fast. I bend one plant a bit down on day 32 just one day

This week i am very Conservative to Water the Plants. As you can see in the pictures of day 26 a little yellow on the leaf. I don’t want to over water the plants.
