Cake Time

Doing a diary for new strain Wedding Cake by phenofinder seeds. Popping 3 seeds for this diary. Doing it all organic in super soil and happy frog. Starting off under a 65 watt HLG Took 3 days for all 3 seeds to germinate. After 7 days their shy of 2in. Excited for this grow.

Day 14 from germination. Plants are growing nicely. Unfortunately one just did have it in it and didn’t make it. Done to 2 plants. I noticed some light spots on the some leafs. Don’t think it a deficiency but keeping an eye on this. Regardless of that they are still growing at a normal rate.

Day 42 from germination. All three plants are growing vigorously. I decided to pop the remaining 2 seeds I got in my 5 pack from pheno finders. Both germinated in 2 days but unfortunately one just didn’t make past the 2nd week. That’s 100% germination rate on 5 seeds but only 3 made it into veg. Pheno 1, 2 and 5 all made it. They where transplanted into 5 gallon pots with happy frog and super soil. Under a HLG 600h.

Day 49 from germination. Grows are moving along nicely. Giving them about another 2 weeks of veg then switching to flower. Watering about every 3 days still. Plants are looking healthy and temperatures are great.

Day 59 from germination. Defoliated all 3 plants today in preparation to flip to flower. Installed the trellis net and removed the training clips for my plants. I turned my hlg600 to full blast as well. In 2 days I’ll be flipping to flower.

We’re at day 47 in flower. We’re down to 2 plants now due to a light leak. The 2 wedding cakes are doing great. Both have crazy sweet smell. The pheno in middle being the frostiest of the 2. Both look very similar in structure and have the same unique smell. I see both these girls being done by day 63 maybe 67 of flower.
