Would you recommend to use fertilizers, although Royal Queen Seeds write on there website that Royal Gorilla Automatics don't really need those/ only a very few amount? And if so, which one would you recommend, that I would also find in a hardware store?
Sure, i'm running 5 of these right now, every auto need fertilizer. One easy to use fertilizer is Bio Bizz, organic product, not to much risk of over feeding.
If you are limited to a hardware store than any basic fertilizer similar to a NPK ratio of 20-10-20 will work.
You can also use soil feeding, for example RQS offers the soil fertilizer that you mix with soil and then use during the whole grow, running one Royal Gorilla with that right now and the plant does great 👌
Growkong Overall I'm quite happy with the development of the plant. Unfortunately, I spotted 4-5 aphids or something like this on my plant. But after I sprayed them with a little pesticides, they were no longer a problem.

Growkong A very good week. She started growing very fast in just a couple of days. Sadly this week we have only cloudy and rainy weather with not much sunlight. Hopefully, the next weeks get sunnier bevor her grow phase is over :/ .

Growkong She is handling the LST quite well. Very cloudy weather at the moment, so she couldn't get much sunlight this week. The side shoots start growing a lot.

Growkong I'm very happy with the plant and am very excited to see the results soon. The sun was shining nearly the whole week and you definitely see that the plant needed it. As I mentioned before, the last two weeks were really cloudy and I think the plant would have grown even better if the sun would have shined then too.

Growkong Amazing how she is turning out! I'm very very happy with the result so far. I can't wait for the harvest.
Hi! What should a good fertilizer contain, suitable for the flowering phase? And what could I use if I want to buy it in a hardware store? Or can I just keep using my normal fertilizer, that I also used during the growing phase? Thanks for your help :)
Hello.. Hope you are well.. Potassium and phosphorus are the 2 main elements ur girls need in flowering.. A little nitrogen is usually in premixed nutes aswell.. But reduced a small amount whereas ur p&k is raised.. Essentially a 3 part liquid feed is great for messing around and finding those peak levels.. Stay safe n gud luck with your gardening activities.. 👍🍀

If you want to grow organic, look for an all purpose 4-4-4, if you cant find that, organic tomato nutrients work well in a pinch. They tend to be in the right npk range and have higher calcium % that cannabis plants need. Depending on your soil, you may need to pick up some garden lime aka dolomite lime to buffer your ph.
@Ga4rd2en0er, thanks!
I bought soil with a ph of 6,5. So that should be no problem I think, right? Although I don't know what ph value the water has. Should be around 7-9 probably. Is this a big influence or can I ignore that?
@Growkong, you should be fine. If you have a peat based soil, the ph could drop over time also chemical nutrients will affect ph as well. Thats were the lime could be helpful. Most city tap water is in the 7.5 to 8.2 range and should be fine to water with. Its highly recommended to water with dechlorinated water, you can pick up an inexpensive $15usd filter online or at a hardware store.
