Week 1-- Germination success, placed seed into 3 gallon pot. This is an autoflower Girl Scout Cookies strain from Crop Kind Seeds. Keeping humidity up with plastic bottle over seedling
Day 11 for seedling. Using Bud Grower kit w/ everything included. Using Fox Farm Ocean Floor soil with Kind soil at bottom of fabric pot. Added a humidifier to keep between 60-70% RH. Watering every 3-4 days when soil dries out. Tap water used with a pH of 7. This grow calls for zero added nutrients using the Kind soil system. I plan on doing a K.I.S.S. grow with some potential LST. 150w HPS light system
Starting off week 3. Things are looking good so far! Learning to keep an eye on plant for water, really trying not to over-do it! Conditions have been solid overall. Been paying attention to VPD-- which i think will help me get the most out of these girls
This week had some ups and downs but ended on the good. Had a fan that went rogue and decided to crash on both pots. Both girls have recovered well and overall conditions have been great. Dropping my humidity to the low 50s as heading into week 5 and preflower. LST has helped new lower growth and will probably start on younger plant this week.
Solid week for conditions. Maintaining good temp and rH. Growth has slowed significantly in the first week of flowering. LST has been helpful in keeping an even canopy and hopefully will work for the younger plant which is just entering week 5. Watering every other day on opposite schedules for the two plants to keep the humidity consistent. Looking to drop the temp to around 73 from 75 while maintaing humidity around 45 to achieve a better VPD (1.5 target).
Another solid week in the books for these two girls. LST has proven to be successful and i dont plan on doing much from here on out except to make sure the lower areas receive plenty of light and keep an even canopy. Temp right around 72-73 and humidity between 40-45 ✌️🌱
This week was not the best for conditions. Rainy all week which made the grow tent extra humid. Between 55-65 rH while my goal was around 40% or below. Invested in a compact dehumidifier which has help bring the level down to the lower 50s. Temps between 73-76. I did space out my waterings from every 48hrs to about 72hrs. 10-12 oz per feeding has been the standard. D2 has looked droopy for the past few days so her last watering she got 20 oz. After a day, no real change in her condition. Some light defoliation was done on D2 as well. Using FF Ocean Floor and Kind Soil so not added nutes. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated✌️🌱
Too much water? Not enough? Gsc Auto day 40 and struggling this week. FF OF+ Kind Soil so no nutes. Temp 73-76, rH around 60. Water around 1L/week currently
With that droop and the look of your soil. My guess is you already nailed it. Bit of overwatering. Let it dry out for a couple days and I believe she will bounce right back! Cheers and happy growing!
Temp at around 77-78 which is a little higher than i would like but rH is solid at 40%. Basement dehumidifier going plus a compact dehumidifier in the grow tent. Plant a little smaller than i would have liked but with AF kicking in at day 30 I missed out on some veg growth. KISS grow so only water + kind soil and FF OF. Watered a little heavy in weeks 6-7 before getting smart and weighing my pots so may have stunted. Second plant (not pictured) suffered severely from over-watering but seems to be keeping its flowers going. 2nd plant was germinated 9 days after original
Happy I've made it this far and learning more. Got approval from the boss (m'wife) for a second grow in the shed-- glory days! Let me know if you have any ideas. I will probably stick to soil bc i have so much leftover but thinking about 2 tents. ✌️🌱
