First grow from seed

Planted seeds 10 days ago. One Grandaddy purp didn't germinate. But 10/11 popping was a nice surprise. Had a couple seed shells get stuck as they sprouted. I probably should have let em do their thing, but I used tweezers to remove the shells. They seem to be doing fine. As I'm still new to the growing scene, any advice would be greatly appreciated!
