if they're all in the same environment, were treated the same way and are from the same bag of seeds, then i would say it's genetics.. my hindu kush grow consists of 3 plants and one of them is quite a bit smaller than the other two.. already from the start.. that's just sometimes the way it is, and as long as all the others are fine it shows that it wasn't something you did. happy growing!

Looks like she needs other nutes. Worm casting and fish mixes has plenty of secondary nutrients. Lacking a bit in potassium but it is okay at vegging stage. Could be a lock out of K, Calcium, and magnesium. Adjust you pH up and you should be okay. Feed cal mag or lime solution to the soil, and you pH will goes up. Goes easy. Takes a couple of days before pH to go up. Quick fix woulb be spraying with one thrid strength of cal mag.
