I have painted the Res white as well as adding frozen water bottles this bring the temps to around 17C but ends up at 21C the next day.

Here are some things that may help: put the pump outside the tent if possible.. it is blowing the hot air from the tent into the reservoir get cardboard or something to block all light from hitting the reservoir maybe a fan towards the pump might help. good luck!
