Moved into her permanent home this week. Ive also slowly upped nutrients and watering volume, and added in a soil conditioner once per week.
I've also started on some very light LST.
I'm also looking into buying a small air conditioner to run for a few hours each day in the tent to keep temps down.
I've been experimenting with volume of nutrients vs volume of water this week and we're currently happy and healthy at 8ml/1L per day.
For any other fellow Aussies that are looking for something quick easy and readily available, I'm using Powerfeed Tomato and Vegetable (Red Bottle) and 2ml of Seasol once per week also.
I've just strung up my 1000w light as my Queen is about to get a King (Green House Seed Co. Kings Kush) so I'm hoping to see huge growth this time next week.
Final picture was literally taken as I'm writing this.
Keen to hear thoughts?
I've been rather busy this week so I haven't really been watching other than the quick feed at night. I did manage to give her a very quick trim, just a few fan leaves that were blocking light getting to newer growth.
We're up to 15ml/L per 24hrs and I've introduced 5ml of Molasses once per week aswell.
I have done this with success previously in the last 2 weeks of Veg and throughout flowering so hopefully we will see some nice flowers forming in the next week or two.
This week I've seen some fairly big growth.
She's starting to get lanky rather than bushy so she may be starting to stretch?
I pinned her down on Day 5 this week to ensure she is getting even lighting to the lower branches hoping to bush her up a little bit, and by Day 7 I could see a big difference.
I've started to feed her 5ml/L of Molasses every 2nd day now also and she seems to be loving it.
Due to my Kings Kush seed finally taking off I'll be reducing the light schedule to 18:6 this week.
Has anyone had any experience with autos fattening up with sleep?
Happy growing guys
It's been a busy week away from home so I haven't had much time to do more than feed her this week. I think I even might have lapsed a day in there aswell.
Pulled her out today to pluck some dying/dead leaves and trimmed a few fans for more light penetration to the lower branches.
Feeding her 2L per 24hrs at the moment with no issues.
She's still not anywhere near as bushy as I had hoped by now. Can anyone give me some guidance there?
I also got a hold of my seed supplier this week who informed me that she is not an Autoflower seed.
See you all same time next week I guess?
This week I've hit a bit of an issue with my Purple Queen.
Basically woke up to her clawing one morning with no real explanation, eventually I've put down to poor soil drainage.
A few days out in the sun has dried the soil right out but I'm now lost as to what to do next.
She got a hair cut while she was drying out aswell.
I'll see what the next few days bring but I'm not sure what to expect now.
Always open to comments and suggestions
Been flushing most of the week with ph 6.0 water, straight from rainwater tank.
She is slowly coming back to life.
I'll be introducing nutrient again slowly this week and will be flipping the lighting to 6:18 next week.
I'm not expecting a great yield off her at this point but something is always better than nothing.
I've been babying her this week slowly back onto a small feed of nutrients.
I'm currently rotating
Day 1 2.0ml/1L Ppwerfeed/Water pH5.0
Day 2 2.0ml/1L Potash /Water pH5.0
Day 3 500ml Water pH5.0
And she seems to be responding well.
I have signs of life this week in little white hairs starting to form.
I'm not hoping for much on the scales but atleast it's something, and something is always better than nothing.
Looks like we've recovered quite nicely so far.
Still not hoping for a huge yield but something is always better than nothing.
Currently feeding her on a 3 day rotation of
Day 1 Nutrients
Day 2 Water
Day 3 Starve
She seems to be liking it.
I'm still looking for a small air conditioner to try and bring some colours our
