Gonna be growing out some mothers this year! Transplanted the Slurricane mother into a 5 gallon to be put on the floor and grown tall. Looking to see how lanky this girl can get.
Happy growing, all
Plant is getting bigger every day. Added Co@, so I expect that it will continue to do so at an accelerated pace. Will be putting this on the floor beside another mother, hoping for frosty nug nugs
Defoliating and lollipopping until i find my basic form. May lst depending on growth. Trimmed out the undercarriage because shes a modern women
Moderate growing strain so far, will be an interesting specimen when its full grown
This mother will be a mother! Currently growing and eating like a crazy person. Will get to about 3 feet before the switch.
Keep an eye, this one should be frosty!!!!!
Training for 3 main stalks and lots of buds
Whoa now big momma! This girls is gettin unruly and I need to get her into flower!! Unfortunately, I have to wait for the rest of the room, so this will finish at about 6" indooors!! Stick around to see!!
Continuing to grow 3 main stalks and using some defo and LST to get it there
Follow my son Budxless on his first GrowDiaries journey
I go live in the Scroggernaut Sundays at 9:00pm EST- budxsmedical on insta
Just an absolute beast. Thank God it is the last week of veg, theres nowhere left to go but up. About 3 feet now and should finish around 6 feet. Will be quite a feat for a small space, its sharing a 2x4 with another mother slightly shorter.
Will defoliate heavy at the switch, and then again at week 3. Dont care what others do, this is what Ive always done
Thanks for looking
This mother is gonna be huge!!!!!!
7 full weeks of veg in a 5 gallon container, lots of light and lots of love. All healthy, no pests, ready to rock and roll. I fully expect to see 5 footers or more. Day 3 of flower, 60 more to go
Hot damn this is a pretty plant, especially digging the red stems. Enormous fan leaves, tight nodes, and LOTS of em. This plant continues to impress, however, some of her daughters are blowing past her in height, surprisingly.
Room is on point, mother is happy and healthy. 55 days or so till harvest:)
Momma continues to impress. Full health on her, beautiful reds in the stems, and she continues to pray to the skies. Hoping F18 brings the last day of stretch
Week 4 of flower is underway and the mothers are looking just gorgeous. Healthy as can be and the stretch came to an end on F23. I was surprised that the daughters of these girls have outstretched and outgrown them in smaller containers and daily fertigation. Bud structure really starting to kick in, and a bloom booster was added at 1/4 strength to begin "The Thickening" Temps and rh were a struggle this week but are right back on point
The mothers are working hard! The growth on these gals is just amazing, node spacing so close, and the flowers coming in heavy. Added a bloom booster to the schedule last week, will harden the flowers through week 7 or so.
Heat and humidity were very difficult to manage this week, required multiple trips to the garden to open doors and redirect airflow. Worked it out with CO2 supplementation and fans.
Thanks for following, this will be a very nice harvest, keep an eye
Big ups to the growmies in the Canuck chat
Behind my mother and my wife, these are some of the best mothers Ive ever known. Growing without a fault and seemingly to their full potential in a 5 gallon soiless hand water set up. Have been feeding a bit of bloom booster and a sweetener throughout these last few weeks of flower. Colas are starting to form up, and the crystals are coming in strong. Slurricane is a bit smaller bud formation than I had hoped, lets hope the yield makes up for it in weight by quantity
Frosty as all hell. Will be a very nice bud once cured from the look of it. It almost looks alien. The frost spreads to the fans, so I'll be smoking a lot of trim from this girl
This slurricane mother is as frosty as they come. This is the crown tip pheno (pheno # 2 for me). Looks to be purple punch leaning. My previous concerns with yield may be vaished, as I discovered today the sheer number of small buds and their density should make up for the lack of monster colas. And the frost... oh the frost!!!
I am back to happy with this strain and not at all worried about yield after taking some tops off two plants at day F48. Not usual for me to stagger a harvest, and also not normal for slurry to finish in week 6, but the trichs didnt lie. Had amber on the top one third of 2 plants, so I cut about 2 dry oz of one plant and 1.5 dry oz off the other. Couldnt tell that the garden has any missing. The larf on these plants is rock solid, and the trich development is out of this world, and an awe every trip to the garden. Fate will decide if I grow this strain again next year, I gifted most of my remaining seeds, I have two left, and one is already owed to a growmie. We shall seeeeeeeee. Monstercropping is a small possible option
Frosty McFrosterson over here. Holy cripes. The trim will be a better smoke than some of my homies buds!!
Some of the top buds are close to finished, some of the lowers are still cloudy. This will chop in the next 10 days. 8 full flowering weeks are completed and this mother is a beast. I have chopped 4 of her 6 daughters to incredible results. Colors, flavors, and an average yield of 5 oz per plant. Just delightful. Stay tuned for harvest pics
Mother is stacked. JUST FUCKIN STACKED!! Day 67 and seeing how far she can go. She is less ripe than the daughters on the flood table due to less frequent fertigation and difference in medium. JUST FKN STACKED tho. Loving this strain, have spread it across a few growers here, and 100+ clones live in Southern Ontario from this momma. She is a good woman, a strong and proud woman. And I love her
Hey all, thank you for all the likes. I really appreciate it. You will see my diaries dont go into a lot of technical detail, as I want to keep them a short read for both you and me. Ive ben having a lot of fun this year thans to this community. Cheers to all those who keep it positive. XOXO
Day F79 and the momma gets the chop. Kind of a sad day, I really did enjoy growing this strain. The mother proved to be a beast at chop time, looks to be 5 oz+ of beautiful purps and crystals. Will grow this strain again and have sent some of the genetics across the country and across the border for other Growmies to enjoy.
The frostiest plant I have ever grown, I will enjoy watching my growmies do the same. Buy this seed and share it. It is a wonderful cultivar. I had two disteonct phenos, both absolutely gorgeous and unique
