my plant is in multi purpose compost which is not the best should I repot in to my final 30L pot or 10l now then 30L later or wait some more, I was going to repot straight in to 30L may be a day or to after putting under new light. any suggestions?

i prefer to keep them in smaller pots, to promote more root growth and transplant them later (unless i grow hydroponically).. when the taproot meets some resistance (like the edge of a pouch or airpot) then this will stimulate growth of more roots, which eventually help to make the plant be stronger.. if you immediately put them into a big container, the roots might be longer, but not as spread out.. this changes a bit when you grow an autoflower, but not because of different behavior, but because of a shorter vegetative state.. transplant can shock a plant a bit, and many people think that with autoflowers this might inhibit growth a bit too much if they get unlucky.. with a photoperiod plant, you could just keep them vegging for a bit longer to compensate for that..
