2x germinated with paper towels and placed in flushed Batmix on 2/5.
Growing well, had high temps (+6C) end of week due to hot weather.
*previous diary accidentally deleted.
Hot temps end of week 1 may have hindered growth slightly as second leaf sets took a few days, however with cooler temps at beginning week 2 will help and give time to setup additional fans as this is first time in this grow area.
New light setup includes 3x 10W ikea grow lights to try approx 5in above plants as well as old cheap R/B panel as side lighting to try increase yield.
Stunted growth for a few days due to over watering (first time with air pots).
Growing well from day 11 and back on track.
Growth has stopped with second true leaves just showing through.
Looking to stop watering (as potentially overwatered? Although soil often dry to first knuckle) and have moved 1x downstairs to try different environment under humidity dome to see. Or nute burn from Batmix??

It's possible that the plants are using more energy to growing roots now. They grew first true set of leaves to get just enough energy for the root developement. Once the roots are big enough the plant will start to grow the part above the soil too 👌
New inline ventilation fan added Day 15 and raised LEDs to approx 8in above to minimise any light stress.
Travelled for work for the week so minimal watering (every 3rd day = 0.1L)
Added water and towel to try increase humidity from 30% - up to about 40% now. Ambient heat has set in so all running quite hot now but leaving door slightly propped at top is assisting keeping temps to 30C.
CO2 bag installed day 26.
Day 28 = 29/5
Nothing new this week, watering every other day with quantity stated.
Accidentally broke head of left plant whilst bending but appears to have healed and growing strong at location.
Started nutes this week as Batmix apparently good for 6wks feed.
Smells of blueberry/ mango - especially left plant which is about 1week ahead of the other.
Hot week! Temps were 36 max, so left door open and turned off HPS as appears some light/ heat stress taking on with the right plant especially - leaves pointing up with slight yellowing on tips.
Made sure they aren't drying out at all.
Also raised LED lights slightly and added humidifier to bring back to norm.
Otherwise growing well :) left plant is still ahead in development and broken main limb is healed well with a strong couple of buds on top, however right plant canopy shape turned out a lit better and should hopefully have a better yield - will measure separately when it's that sweet, sweet time!!
Left plant ready for harvest due to early stress most likely as right still has a couple of weeks by the looks.
Left also struggled to exfoliate early on due to damage to main cola, however good, dense growth for its size, etc.
Had a quick taste last week of a bud which after 2days drying in hotter weather smoked smooth and got a good high so looking forward to the final test in a couple of weeks after drying/ curing.
If all goes well with Mr Right, then the various bud sites should yield slightly more (hoping about 60+ g wet).
