Are you watering with just hose water? If so you need to let the water sit out uncovered for 24 hrs to let the chlorine and other chemicals dissipate. It also looks like your soil was a little "hot" for your seedling and she looks to be growing into it well now. I wouldn't worry unless you see the yellowing start climbing up to your newer growth!
