I suggest you not to place a plant on the soil of a larger plant. This creates points with higher humidity where the fungus gnats could reproduce.

Added a third light to get a little better spacing for them. She is flowering nicely. Buds are dense. Another cp planted at the same time but I super cropped has a 16” main cola. That plant has a mix of 2000 w led and 400 w mh
