Found these seeds in a purchase of Cake Pop from Veritas Cannabis in CO. First time with giving the effort to grow correctly with tent, lighting and nutrients schedule, so far so good 🤙
Bottom shoots are becoming much stronger, lateral and overall everything is responding well to the LST. Keep the defoliating light and thinking of just letting nature do its thing, with minimal topping on my part.
Still cannot determine gender - tbd
It’s a slow grower, and still not entirely certain on the seconds of either specimen - I’ve been playing spa music during the night and shortened the photo period to 16 hrs to encourage sexing. Will flip to 12/12 next week
Preflowers are coming through, painfully slow and still no determination on gender. However with love and and relaxing playlists I’m willing them into being princesses 🤙. Removed the scrog net to extend a bit as well as some of the support poles. Will reinstall scrog with better net dimensions. Holding off switching to bloom nutes until sex is 100%
Pistils are coming in nicely and the LST (rib cage style w/out topping) has done great with the lower nodes branching out nearly as strongly as the main stem of the plant.
Final position under scrog net and have been threading the branches as much as possible. Some lower nodes are missing the light but will defoliate post next weeks feeding
Little wind burn on the tops closest to the fan - have repositioned and will install additional with addition of the carbon filter (finally arrived)
