@growdoctordc, Hi there thanks for taking a look at the leaf situation.
It's very true what you mentioned about the genetic inconsistency. There definitely seems to be a hint of Indica lurking however, the general stem/node structure is very much Sativa. I truly hope this Indica genetic is not apparent in the smoke as I really do not like the effects of it at all. Malawi being one of my all-time favourite smokes since I was probably too young to be partaking 😈
