Hey there, it is looking just fine for 3 days/1 week from start of germination (if I understood the age correctly in your grow question 🙂). The pH also looks good, growth at this point is pretty slow untill the plant explodes a few growth nodes in. I would watch and make sure it's steadily progressing even if the growth is slow. I take a photo every few days at this stage from roughly the same angle and distance, that way I can compare the growth! You can also check out my recent diaries with daily seedling photo updates for comparison (although every setup grows a little differently). Happy growing! 🌱👍

@greenfingers007, I think the vt300 draws around 130 watts from the wall (which they say is a 300w equivalent), so after accounting for effeciency it's probably putting out roughly the same light as one of my QB style LEDs. But it's focused on the blue/red spectrum which makes plants respond a little differently. I would keep one of my lights at 18in, all the way to 28in away at that stage of growth. So maybe try 18in and see how it does? If in doubt I would check the manufacturers reccomended height for veg, and keep it another 6in further away to make sure it's not overly stressing the fragile seedling. Hope that helps!

@Cheeba_Inu, thanks for the reply one more question please i'm currently using 300w led light and it's currently 11inches away from the seedling is this correct or will it course burn???
