New Breed - "Blueberry Pucker"

Howdy y'all! This is the product of our first (successful non Hermie) batch of our own breed! We took a DJSHORT Blueberry female and inoculated her with Sour Blueberry pollen from Humboldt Seeds Organization. We got roughly 150 seeds, giving away about 50, and this is our first germination session. We put 6 down (1 was put down days after the others and hasn't popped yet) in soaked peat moss, and got 5/5 germinate! Super vigorous growth, had 4-5 inch seedlings within 5 days. Buried most of the stem in 1 gallon pots, will up pot into 7 gallons once they hit 5 nodes. Then we'll do different training methods on each to see what method of training they respond to the best. Watering about 1 quart a week, with a few splashes of molasses and fish fertilizer going in at week 3. Very excited for our first successful seed project! Hopefully we get one male we can inoculate a whole plant with to get a massive load of seeds. Happy growin' y'all! ✌️🌱🌲😎💨
