Hi there’s @green_feen; jus wanted to congratulate you on starting your first grow! I too have just ventured out this world! As far as drying it out about the over water is maybe try an incandescent bulb above it; they give heat off while germinating seeds actually like the incandescent! BEST OF LUCK! -FirstTime

Welcome to Grow Diaries. Getting some heat above the soil with a CFL or incandescent bulb will help you situation. You need warm soil and humidity to promote germination and strong seedling growth.

Let me make a few suggestions: First, Take a bit of time and check out some of the Master growers here on GD. Look at there grows from Week 1 until Harvest and see how they went about doing it. 2nd, Watch a bunch of YouTube videos on how to grow Cannabis - This will help you out a lot! And will help you understand the fundamentals of growing: Like Vegetation phase vs. Flowering phase and how to germinate seeds as well as how to avoid problems along the way. 3rd, Make sure you have adequate Grow Setup. You label as having a 300w LED grow light (which should be good enough for your grow), but want to make sure you have right soil, nutrients ( I suggest BioBizz Nutrients, but that is because I have had nothing but goo results from their products!), ventilation and other conditions like temp & humidity. Take your time, learn how to do this the right way, and I can promise you... Cannabis will prove to you just how amazing She is!!! Good Luck friend, and Happy Growing 😀
