After conditions worsened I decided to downgrade the size of the pots and use better medium which drained better, with less clay balls in it. I also used a mixture of water, baking soda and vinegar on all my plants (not just weed, also veggies) to keep away insects and bugs, not sure if this could have caused more damge to the plants, for now plant A seems to be coming back to life. let's see if plant B and C also recover.

@AlpineGoat, Thanks! I was impressed with the strength of the roots as well. I planted them yesterday and this morning two of them already fully came out with the false leafs and 2 tiny normal leafs. Hopefully will continue strong growth. The first I planted was killed by the wind and cold last week :(
Nice set up you have with the Summer Berry, wish I could set up a small growbox as well.
