This is not a deficiency. It's light stress. That phlizon would be 60 cm off the canopy u have it at 30 the hps I can't say how hi u should hang it. I've never even seen a 150 hps. But it's light stress. Just Google "cannabis light stress" images and look at leaf damage. It's only going to get worse. Sorry for late reply bud I only now saw your post.
