They both sprouted on the same day 12/6/2020, they are RQS Jack Autos.
I used a very complicated method of germinating my seeds which consisted of putting them in their pot about 1 cm below the surface and watering them lightly (about a shot glass or two, 25 -50 ml). 4 days later they all sprouted.
I am using 9 litre Air Pots with a soil mix, please see link below.

I got a large bucket and mixed 1 hand full of Vermiculite, 2 hand fulls of Perlite and then added some water so they were damp. I then added 3 hand fulls of multipurpose compost and 3 hand fulls of potting mix. I mixed it all up and poured it into my 9 litre air pot and then repeated until the air pot was almost full. I topped the pot off with potting mix about 2 inches worth. The idea is the seed will sprout surrounded by potting mix, which is high in nitrogen and designed for seedlings. As the roots grow down they will find the richer nutrient mix of the compost.
I will be using BioBizz nutrients and following their schedule please see link below.

I'm getting the water from a water butt in the garden so it's rain water and has a PH of 7. The soil mix seems to have a PH of 7 also. When I water, I half fill a 2 litre bottle and shake it vigorously. This should oxygenate the water, which the plants like and it also reduces the PH of the water to 6.5 which again the plants should like. Sadly my PH tester is not very accurate but that seems to be keeping the PH in the right zone 6.0 - 6.5.
Time will tell.
I gave them 250 ml of water each on day 5.
Week 2 and they both seem to be going fine. One has a wonky leaf structure at the moment but I'm pretty sure it will grow out.
Nothing but water this week, a little bit every 2 or 3 days.
Start of week 3 and I have given them their first feed, a weak solution but it should keep them in prime condition.
Simple Jack still seems a little wobbly but I have faith in him the other Jack looks healthy.
Week 4, I have raised the light so it's about 55 cm above my Jacks, I can't raised it any higher. I have increased the nutrients solution as my schedule suggests.
I have changed the light schedule from 20/4 to 19/5 as I feel the plants could do with an extra hour sleep, this might sound stupid but I want them to be happy and rest is important.
Week 5, they are getting taller.
Lost a few leaves off the bottom of the plants but generally they look in pretty good shape.
I have cable tied down the lower 4 branches to encourage them to grow away from the main stem.
I added a couple of drops of babybio to their feed just to make sure they have enough nitrogen.
They have dropped a couple of leaves but I'm not worried.
Feed, wait 2 days and give water, wait 2 days and then feed again.
Jacks appear to be pretty hungry as autoflowers go.
Still seem to be going fine. The top leaves look a deep green so I have been giving more water and less feed.
This week I removed some of the lower leaves and branches so it can focus on the main buds.
Week 8 and the Jacks seem to be doing fine. They do dump their leaves more than most I've seen but I'm not too concerned with it.
I alternate between giving them feed and then just water.
Week nine and the Jacks seem to be going ok. I noticed what looked like a cal/mag deficiency so I added a drop of that to their feed.
No more Bio Grow for them according to my nutrient schedule so lets see if that works out as they do seem to be very hungry autos and they do seem to be dumping leaves.
