trying to growing this baby. at first, its stem kinda thin and small than the other autoflower strain that i’ve germinate. is it normal? or it just occurs to happen on the early stage of seedling?

Seedling slowness is normal. It can be attributed to many things, but once she finds her groove, she'll take off, if she is healthy.

The only thing I could mention is the temperature. In my opinion way too hot for such a young damsel.
Try to lower to at least 27°C...
So before you start feeding your plant, I would give it a try and lower the temp.
