Just getting this FastBuds Fastberry off the ground, I am really looking forward to this strain! I will update more over the next couple days as things get going.
I think the Fastberry is looking the best of the four, still four inches tall and lanky but doing ok. Just like the others, she'll be fine once the stalk strengthens up a bit.
I'm starting all these girls on CellMax nutrients from day 1, very interested to see how they respond in comparison to Remo. I'm not sure Remo was doing that great of a job for me tbh. I never seem to be able to grow those huge killer colas I see other people growing with auto's. I'm sure there are other factors in my grow style that are playing against me, but one thing at a time.
The Fastberry is doing just fine compared to two of her tent mates. She's looking all around pretty healthy, but still has her supports on for now. She isn't leaning on them anymore but we'll keep them there for a bit longer to be safe.
My Fastberry seems to be doing the best out of the four FastBuds strains I started. I removed the support from the stalk as it has strengthened enough to support it's own weight. There was a day that I looked in the tent and it was laying down on the coco, it had stretched out too far and collapsed. I thought it was a goner but it is now the healthiest one of the four.
The Fastberry is still the healthiest of my four FastBuds ladies, She has seen quite a bit of growth over the last week and seems mostly unaffected by the environment than her tent mates. The stalk has strengthened up a lot and she has grown 3" since my last entry.
The Fastberry is off to the races, 10" of growth since my update last week! This plant is making me wonder what's up with her tent mates. All four started at the same time, treated exactly the same and so many differences between the four. They have all had their challenges, but this is the strongest by far.
My Fastberry is really taking off, it now towers over the other three plants that I started with her. Overall seems pretty healthy. She is starting to show bud sites all over now. Out of the four that I started together, this one is by far doing the best.
Just seeing some tremendous growth out of the Fastberry this week, 17" overall and filling in nicely. She's popping buds everywhere. The structure of this plant reminds me of my FastBuds Pineapple Express, not quite as tall but the same shape for sure.
The Fastberry seems to be a bit stressed over the last couple days, she seems really wilty at times. not over watered, but almost looks like it. She's been pretty healthy up to this point, never had many issues with this one. I'm sure we'll get through it and make some nice buds. Starting to get a bit of a blueberry smell going on, still faint.. but it's there.
The Fastberry seems to be packing it on a bit since my last update. The Blueberry aroma is really starting to get strong, she smells amazing! No more upward growth since last week, but she is starting to fill in a bit more. I had to tie up her lower branches and tuck everything into the plant some more... she was starting to really stretch out sideways.
I'm looking forward to trying this strain again now that there is not so much going on in my grow space. I think overcrowding and poor ventilation caused a lot of problems this run. I am just letting a few plants finish up and them I'm back to a four plant rotation... starting two seeds every 30-35 days. I see the potential for some incredible quality buds, can't wait to see the next one.
Will update dry weights and a smoke report in a few days.
I probably had closer to 30g, but I "tested" a bit and forgot to get my dry weight and final pictures.... So I'll record it as it was when I realised. Really nice smoke, that berry taste and smell shines through in the finished product. I like it so much, I already started another one.
