Buenas noches compi, yo sinceramente las dejaba cómo están, están perfectas jajaja. Tienen una internudos generosos por los cuales pasan el aire y la luz estupendamente. Yo una poda de defoliación te la aconsejo en casos cuando el crecimiento es tan vigoroso que las hojas tapan los nuevos nudos de la luz solar, e incluso diré más, si puedes doblarlas o apartarlas de tal manera que los nudos bajos reciban sol, sin tener que arrancarlas incluso mejor, porque sufre un estrés que puede ser evitado. Si aún y así crees que tiene un crecimiento espigado y "de palo" siempre puedes empezar con una poda apical de toda la vida jajajaj, saludos y hasta pronto!🤘✨💚
